SYNCING NEURAL LINK...
Important notices regarding content indexing, copyright compliance, non-hosting architecture, and terms of use.
Lumina operates strictly as an open metadata indexing engine and web user interface. Lumina does not upload, store, host, encode, or maintain any video files, media content, or copyrighted broadcasts on its servers or infrastructure.
All video streams and media sources accessed through this interface are hosted and served by third-party, publicly reachable file hosts and media delivery networks that operate entirely independently of Lumina.
Lumina respects the intellectual property rights of creators and copyright holders. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Because Lumina does not host any media, the most effective way to remove infringing material is to contact the third-party server hosting the actual video file directly. However, if you would like metadata or indexing links removed from Lumina, please email our designated agent:
Notices must include: (1) Identification of the copyrighted work; (2) Exact URL or identifier of the material; (3) Contact information of the authorized representative; (4) A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
We believe in minimal, transparent data retention:
Lumina is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Automated crawling, scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or bypassing of rate limits is strictly prohibited and subject to automated IP blocking.
